when I copy through the doc feeder and try to print.  there is a straight  thin line printed from top to bottom on the copy..  the copy is fine otherwise.  The printer glass screen does not add  the line.  any body have a solution.  Thanks Tom Kidder

Hi,

I would assume the printer model is the HP Officejet Pro 9015e printer? otherwise please clarify your printer model as there is no 1015e model.

Focus more on cleaning the ADF Glass and Strip as explained within the Clean a flatbed scanner section, figures 2 & 3 below, as well be sure to follow the Clean a document scan feeder section too::
