Product: Officejet pro 7730

Hi all,  i tried to turn off my auto printer update but it is locked. I'm unable to find how to unlock it. Says printer is enrolled in Web services or hp instant print. 

I want to unlock and stop updates. 

Can you help?

This might require resetting the printer. I am sending you a private message. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
