Every time I try to scan using the Windows Fax and Scan on the desktop, using my HP Officejet Pro 8025e I get this error code. B80937ea. I purchased this printer ealier this month and had no problem until 3 days ago. I have removed the printer/scanner and reinstalled it, but it did not help.

I understand you are not able to scan due to this error. Kindly use the HP Smart app to scan from your Win PC.

The reason for this error is still unknown.
It could be due to the app you are using to scan or due to a hardware component. Follow the steps in my previous post.
If the error is on the printer screen and is intermittent, we can reset the printer to its factory settings to resolve this issue.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.
