Scanning a document using the HP Scan and Capture app, the scanner refuses to do double-sided pages although it is set to do that. Never had this problem before. Can you help me fix it?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can you download and install the HP FULL Solution Software for your operating system:
https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-envy-photo-7800-all-in-one-printer-ser...

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
