Hi @houston17,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 is only allowing you to print 5 pages at a time, there might be a few reasons for this.

  • Printer Settings: Check the printer settings both on the printer itself and in your computer's print settings. There might be a setting limiting the number of pages per print job.
  • Software Limitations: Ensure that the software you're using to print doesn't have any limitations on the number of pages per print job. Try printing from a different program to see if the issue persists.
  • Printer Driver: Make sure you have the latest printer driver installed. Sometimes outdated drivers can cause issues with printing capabilities.
  • Print Queue: Check the print queue on your computer to see if there are any pending print jobs that might be limiting the number of pages per job.
  • Paper Tray: Ensure that the paper tray is properly loaded with enough paper and that it's not jammed or misaligned, as this can sometimes cause printing issues.
  • Firmware Update: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Sometimes firmware updates can fix bugs or issues with printing capabilities.
  • Factory Reset: If none of the above solutions work, you may need to perform a factory reset on your printer to restore it to its default settings.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
