Product: ScanJet G4010
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My original driver was provided many years ago. 

The driver shows on CD is HP Scanjet G4000 series HP Scanning Software 8.3.

It does not list windows 10 64-bit as a supported system.

 

So I need to get a new driver. Tried download online and the page recommend order directly from customer support.

But I cannot find either support phone or online form.

 

Can someone help?

You may download its software for free from teh HP Site by following the link below:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL53011/dp-127896-4/setup_full_G4010_140_222.exe

 

For a USB connection be sure not to plug the USB till the installation prompt to do so.

The provided link will not open, I get a blank webpage that won't load. Running Windows 10, up to date. Firefox browser up to date.

I was able to download the driver from IE browser. But I got the same error with this download that I got from the one on the regular driver page- Fatal error 1935.
