Hello
I am able to print to my Envy 4522 printer from my PC via WIFI. However I am no longer able to scan a document and send it to my Computer as a PDF file anymore.
In fact I am unable to scan at all now. I have tried lots of different things to try and solve it but to no avail.
The printer is not in my room. Tonight I brought the printer to my room and it was just the same.
Is there anybody that can help me please without going through loads of hoops please.
Many thanks.
Les

Problem solved.
I tried everything under the sun to fix it but to no avail.
What I was able to establish is that it was caused by Adobe Flash Player no longer being available.
I got in touch with HP and got escalated to the top guys and they did a remote session and fixed it.
The bottom line is that they
Removed all drivers to do with the printer.
They then downloaded the HP EXTENDED Drivers and installed them.
It scans perfectly now.
If you are unable to solve this issue yourself and you are in the UK, you will need to call 02076600403 and let them do a remote session with you.
