Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Successfully set up new printer. Diagnosis tells me all systems working. When printing a pdf I get a message telling me my old Canon printer is off-line. I've set the default printer to the new hp. Why does OS not recognize?

Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.

When sending the print job in your reader program the printer should be selected for the first time before printing from that program.After that it should just be fine.Select the print and change the printer to the latest printer and try.Hope this will help.
