I am scanning pages but cannot get them to PDF they continually come up as Chrome they also will not go to email. Can you help?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Have you installed any PDF reader(e.g. Adobe Acrobat reader?)

 

If you have, choose that as the default to open PDF files.  (right-click on PDF file and select "Open with" and select "Choose another app". Select the default tobe e.g. Adobe Reader.
