Faxing a pdf with a cover sheet... How do I recover the contents of the cover sheet as a pdf for documentation purposes?

Is there a way to have the entire fax report in one pdf?

-- Fax report that includes cover sheet, scanned docs, report of it being send?

 

I'm sure Im just missing where a button is that I should click.

Help is appreciated.
