Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
  1. Printer hp desjet 3700-I  have my printer installed. everything was working. i was printing and scanning.
  2. on Friday i was still able to print but can no longer scan shows offline.
  3. what do i need to do?

Which operating system is installed on the computer to which thus printer is connected?

How is the printer connected, USB or Wireless?
