The scanning and copying documents using the document feeder on thePageWide Pro 477dw  multifunction printer, the result come out crooked and rotated.  Scans using th glass top come out fine, though.  I just bought this printer this week , please tell me how to fix it.

I used HP Extended Scan, it did not solve this isssue. I have also used HP Printer assisttant software, but it did not help as well.

Hi ParhamSYD,

This is a known issue by HP. PageWide printers' ADF copying/scanning quality is not good, especially when copying/scanning images or photos. Use the flat-bed glass for these occasions for best quality results.

What you can try:

- Set the ADF's guides correctly. Not too tight, not too loose.

- Set the print quality to "Presentation" mode.

- Upgrade the firmware to the latest available version.
