Product: HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My paper does not feed through the printer because the rollers are not grabbing it correctly. I have to push the paper into the rollers for them to grab it. I would like to know how to clean the rollers to avoid this.

 

Also, my printer must not be set up properly with my new Windows software (upgraded from 8.1 to 10). I have to turn my printer off in between print jobs. What can I do to prevent this from happening also? Thanks

Category should be other printer, not designjet. Sorry.
