When I use photocopy button on my deskjet 4120e, the bottom half inch or so does not appear on the photocopy. Any help welcomed!!

Bottom margin on that printer model is 12,7mm everything under that margin can't be printed on copied. 

 

If you want to print/copy from top to bottom you will need to get an borderless printer.
