Photosmart 7520

I used to be able to scan to a USB drive but no longer can.  I get an error the drive is not recognized.  I have tried several drives.  I have the same issue when trying to scan to a memory card.  I can get the memory card to work if I power off/on the printer, but this never was the case previously.

Update the printer firmware.

Click here and refer the document to perform firmware update.

All firmware has been updated.  Trying it now.  Seems to be working okay now
