Product: LaserJet Enterprise MFP M631z

I have a customer who is seeing the above titled warning message on their printer.  The printer seems to work properly and there haven't been any apparent issues, but the warning needs to be fixed.  I have replaced the scanner ICB, the formatter board, and the ADF to solve this problem, but the message persists.  The only thing really left that might host some form of electronics is the DC controller.  Before I request one, I wanted to see if anyone else has seen this error and, if so, did it get solved and what did it take to solve it?

I Have been having the same issue and have replaced what you replaced and formatted the HDD. I am currently working case number [edited] that has been escalted to level 3. The SCB has been replaced twice, also.
