I cant print anything from my computer.

When I go to "see whats printing" there is one photo that is printing since yesterday. It says its from port "usb".

I tried to delete it but its saying "deleting" for 15 mins now. :Crying:

Hi,

I think you need to remove the queue. For Windows, please try:

hold down the Windows key and press R.
from the Run window, type services.msc and hit enter.
if the machine asks for Admin you have to accept this,
look down to the print spooler service, right click it and select properties
    click on the Stop button,
browse to C:\Windows\System32\Spool\printers or C:\Windows\System\Spool\printers (this may be hidden)
delete the job inside this folder
    reboot the machine

Regards.

Thanks for the quick reply!

When I go to print spooler service (properties) it says Service status: running so my stop button is not active.

And when I go to  C:\Windows\System32\Spool\printers there is one file from yesterday that wont delete.

I did reboot the machine after trying but it still says "deleting" in the "see whats printing".

I tried it again and it worked. Thank you so much for the help!
