It could be in documents. Unfortunately, "documents" may be in a OneDrive folder and a second folder also named "Documents" may also exist.
Best is to do a second scan and "save as" and see where it was begin saved.
If you saved it as an image (png or jpeg) it might be in photos
It might even be in downloads.
There could be two folders named download and the same applies to photos.
