Product: HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer

Love my little printer - but the scan quality is very poor at this time.  It does not affect when I print, only scanning.  Can't follow the virtual assistant since I cannot open to clean the scanner. Help!

I am sorry, but for this particular printer, I cannot "open" it to clean the scanner.  Maybe there is something that I do not know, but have tried without success.
