Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

HP 4650
Microsoft Windows Vista

When scanning, a pop-up window occurs on computer screen for each page of scanning. The window "offers" three choices where I MUST SELECT one or scanning does not continue.  1. Control Center  2. HP Scan  3. PaperPort ...  I must click on HP Scan for each page AND one more time after tapping "Finish" on scanner.  For a recently scanned 12 page document , had to return to the computer, tap "HP SCAN" twelve times AND to have scanner complete the job and place in an adobe file, I had to tap "HP Scan" a thirteenth time.

HOW CAN I STOP THIS WINDOW FROM APPEARING?  If I use the automatic feed this window does not pop up.  Only when I am scanning two paged documents where I must manually place paper on scanning bed.

Please tell me there is a way to stop this ridculous window from popping up each and every page.  One time I can understand, not for each page...

Thank you kindly,

a very frustrated scanner
