Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Im unable to Use the Printer Assistant ? Ive Tried Reconfiguring or Add Device. I get Printer Not Found. I used the Doctor and that did Not fix it either?

Hi,

 

Have you installed printer Software and Drivers to your computer yet ? You have to do that first using the CD which came with your printer.
