I’m trying to copy a photo. I’m choosing 4x6 paper option. Photo paper is loaded correctly. Photo I’m trying to copy is loaded correctly. I’m wanting to copy a 4x6 photo to a 4x6 photo paper. It keeps printing wallet size. I’ve always been able to do this correctly before. Why is is not doing correct size?

@Lewie56, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Are you trying to make a copy from the flatbed glass?
Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
On the printer screen, go to Copy > Settings(gear icon) > Resize > Actual. Try making a copy.
Resize: Select the size of the image of the photo or document that you want to copy.
Actual: Make a copy that is the same size as the original. The margins of the copied image might be clipped.
Fit to page: Make a copy that is centered with a white border around the edges. The resized image is either enlarged or reduced to fit the size of the selected output paper.
The 2-sided copy option does not work if the Fit to page option is selected.
Custom: Increase the size of the image by selecting values greater than 100% or reduce the image size by selecting values less than 100%.
Refer to this document to check if the photo paper is loaded correctly - Loading Paper, Envelopes
