HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One Printer

Suddenly I can no longer scan from my HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One Printer.

Tried several things to solve the problem without any result:

- HP Print and Scan Docter

- Virtual Assistant

- Uninstall and Install a new print program

- A Dutch computer Help Forum (only found out that there were more complaints about the same issue)
