Product: HP Smart Tank 670 All-in-One

Printer HP Start Tank 670 after scanning a document displays the message "An error occurred during scanning." I tried the diagnostics, it says that everything is working well, but when I re-run the test scan, everything is the same. What could be? Reinstalled software and drivers

Hello, 

 

I hope you are using Windows OS. If yes try to clean the TEMP folder content.

 

  1. On your keyboard, press the Windows  + R keys at the same time.
  2. In the Open field, type %temp%, then press ENTER. The temp folder will open.
  3. Press the CTRL + A keys at the same time to select all items
  4. Press the DELETE key, and then click Yes when the User Account Control window appear to confirm.
  5. Restart the PC
  6. Try scanning.

Thanks, but it didn't work. The most interesting thing is that through the HP Smart program it scans, but through the program installed separately HP Smart Tank 660-670 series-HP Scan does not want to.
