Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Does anyone know when the next release of HP Smart will be made available - this current version is buggy - at least the previous version was usable.

 

The document scanned for output, but there are more bugs in the EDIT tools.  

- rotate the image left or right, and the image looks fine.  Press DONE and the resultant images are back to the unedited version. The software does not pick up any edits.-  Every time you scan and edit and then try to save the edited version, I get the original unedited scan.

This never happened with the previous version.  So, will the memory leakage issue be fixed in the next update?

 I'm astonished it wasn't picked up in testing.

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can you download and install the FULL featured printer software from HP for your operating system:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-officejet-pro-8720-all-in-one-printer-...

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

 

The HP Scan from the FULL software also have more features than HP Smart.
