Ever since I received my new ink my printer hasn’t been working properly. I keep getting paper jam and printer failure. I followed the directions (more than a few times) to try and fix the problems, but nothing worked. I also got an error about the ink carriage not working. I removed the first 2 cartridges because I couldn’t get the carriage to move to get the rest out. The second cartridge was the blue and after I got it out I noticed that there was wet ink on the place where the cartridge goes. It’s a fairly new cartridge that I got from hp instant ink. I searched another error I got (0x6100004a) and that told me that my problems could be the cartridge that leaked. Please help me figure out what to do. Thanks…

Ari ended up buying a new printer…😒

I loved that printer but could not get it to work.
