HP ENVY Photo 7134 All-in-One Printer

Have always used the scan option on my printer to send document to my email which I really like. Just noticed I can't do that anymore. Each time I press the scan tab and email tab I keep getting the message " There was an internal processing error. Please retry or manually check the firmware updates".

 

Have done everything possible checked the network etc no joy. Could you pls guide on how to sort this out.
