I bought an HP Deskjet 2800e yesterday, and was able to fully set it up.
However I have since not been able to get it to print in colour from my computer. The printer presets only include black and white options - as shown in the screenshot attached.
I am using an iMac 3.6 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9, running macOS 15.0 Sequoia. I can print in colour from my phone using the HP app, but want to be able to print from my computer too.
I've tried from both the HP app and my Settings on the computer to fix the problem, but can't seem to add colour options to the printer presets.
Any help would be appreciated.
