Welcome to the HP Support Community!

  • Make sure the printer is connected to the Internet to enable web services on the printer.

Step 1: Connect the printer to the network

  1. From the Wireless menu on the printer, touch Settings.

  2. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard, and then follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 2: Turning On Web Services

On your control panel, press the HP ePrint icon or button available at the top of the screen

  • If a Web Services Summary screen or connected status displays, Web Services is already on.

Example of Web Services Summary screen

  • If a prompt to turn on Web Services or setup HP ePrint displays, press Turn On, Enable, or Setup.

Example of clicking Setup to turn on Web Services.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to turn on Web Services. If you are prompted to update the firmware, press OK.
