Greetings!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, there seems to be an issue with the "Door Open" error.

Don't worry, I'm here to help!

Let's try these steps -

Step 1 Close the cartridge door completely -
Open, and then close the cartridge door of the product. Make sure that the door rests securely against the body of the product.

Step 2 Check the cartridge door for obstructions -
1) Inspect the door and the area around it to make sure that no obstructions prevent the door from closing completely.
2) Remove any obstructions.

Step 3 Printer Reset -
1) Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent.
3) With the printer turned on, unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 60 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.

If the issue still persists, try updating the printer's firmware. Refer to this document for steps - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hope this helps!

Let me know how that goes.
