When using scan to email it gives error message for all email addresses that are rejected by server.  This is not a new printer.   We have been using it for over a year.  We can use the wireless printer so i know it’s connected to the internet  but keep getting this message when scanning to email.

I see that you are facing an issue with scanning to email on your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that resolves the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
