I have an hp Envy 5020 which has always scanned fine using the hp Smart app on my iPad.  The app is now displaying a message about being unable to do this and I can’t find out why and how to fix it.  The printer is between 4 and 5 years old. Otherwise it works well but could the age be the reason for the problem?
