HP Envy6420e printer/scanner

 

My printer stopped scanning which I understand is a result of the upgrade to Microsoft 11. The regular HP upgrades do not seem to have fixed the problem. If I delete the printer software and upload it again (this sounds as though I know what I am doing - I don't!!, will it scan again?

Full function printer drivers (Intel/AMD cpu) can be downloaded here: 6xxx
Full function software for scanning (Intel/AMD cpu) can be downloaded here: 6xxx
You can find all of the software here (including ARM cpu). You should select the OS and then look for the phrase "Open All" and click that. 64xx 60xx

 

Put the full feature drive first then the scan tools
