HP OfficeJet 8710

Hello,

I have an HP OfficeJet 8710 at work and it will not print or make copies on cardstock. It acts like it is printing, but when the paper comes out, the page is blank except for a few smudges from the rollers. I can get it to print on regular paper. Has anyone ever had a similar issue or have some troubleshooting ideas?

I can offer the following suggestions and help on the subject.

The printer handles card stock as indicated in the Specifications for the printer.

Note that the card paper that is supported is card stock made from Index stock (an ISO standard for paper types / weights).
