Product: HP Envy 4502
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

Changed the ink in the printer, printed the alignment page, scanned as directed.  Now the printer will only print the heading on the page and nothing else.

To assist you better, I would like to know the following-

 

What happens when you make a photocopy?

Have you tried printing a print quality diagnostic report? Here is how you do it-

 

  1. On the printer control panel, press the Down Arrow  to scroll to Tools, and then press OK.

  2. Press the Down Arrow  to scroll to Print Quality Report, and then press OK. The printer prints the test page.
