Printer won't copy

Attempted to copy and received an E error code and lights flashing.  Printer printed a test page but lights still flashing with code E. I turned off then on,  I unplugged and plugged back in.  Also restarted computer.  Nothing worked, lights come back on flashing and code E.  I also took out cartridges and put back in.  I am running windows 10 not sure if 64 or 32 bit.

3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
