Hello community, I am a newbie to the community,. Is there any one that can give me instructions on connecting or setting hp officejet pro 9120r up to print on both sides of one sheet of paper (front) (back)? Need to know how to set printer up to preform this action through the printer setting itself.

Hi @9120r1,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I don't have specific instructions for the HP OfficeJet Pro 9120r, but I can provide general guidance on how to configure duplex printing for HP printers:

Access Printer Settings:

  • Open the printer software on your computer. This is often found in the Control Panel under "Devices and Printers."
  • Alternatively, if you're using an HP smart app, open that application to access your printer settings.

Select Printer:

  • Choose your printer model from the list of available printers.

Configure Printer Settings:

  • Look for settings or preferences related to printing.
  • Find the option for "Duplex Printing" or "Double-Sided Printing."

Enable Duplex Printing:

  • Select "Automatic Duplex Printing" or a similar option to enable the printer to print on both sides of the paper.
  • The specific wording may vary, so look for options that indicate double-sided or two-sided printing.

Save Changes:

  • Once you've selected the duplex printing option, save or apply the changes to the printer settings.

Test Print:

  • Try printing a test document to ensure that the printer is correctly set up for duplex printing.

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
