Product: LaserJet Pro MFP 26nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Wireless connection. Prints OK. Try to scan and I get this error message:

I erased all HP files. Reloaded latest software. Upgraded firmware. Same problem. What next?

I got same message and did all the stuff!  No change😩😩can’t get live person to help.  Worked yesterday.

I have additional info: I did not upgrade my firmware - sorry. But I tried plugging in USB cable to printer and it worked after asking me if I wanted to use a driver from a choice:

The first selection gives the same error. The second, (#2) works! This is a wireless problem only. This is not a solution. It is very inconvenient  for me. I need a wireless connection! HP has to look into it.
