Hello,
I have always been using the HP SMART application on iPhone and iPad , since the update it is impossible to do a front/reverse scan without all the pages mixed

Are you referring to 2-sided scanning?

 

Have you tried reinstalling the app from the App Store?

Also, check for any software updates on the iOS devices.
