Product: OfficeJet Pro 6830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I just bought OfficeJet Pro 6830 and having problem of the scanning multiple pages into one pdf file.

 

I have checked and the box on advanced settings/file/create a separate file for each page is unchecked but it still won't combine pages.  The save window prompt up after finish first scan. 

 

Previously I am using Desktop 4580 without any problem and the scan file will automatically create current month folder in Myscan and allow the scan file to be save.  It seems that this function was also gone.

 

Kindly advise.  Thanks.

Hi,

Do you scan from the Flatbed glass or the top feeder?

 

If you use the top feeder, any of the pages should be picked and scanned prior finishing the scan.

 

If you use the glass, ensure the box next to Show Viewer after scan is checked and press on scan, click the plus button below the scan preview to scan the next pages prior clicking on Save.



Click the Yes button to reply that the response was helpful or to say thanks.
