Hello, couple of months back I started getting printhead problems, but I was able to use scan copy feature.. which printed my paper alright, now I got a new Canon but I wanted to test this one which was in the box since the mystery error came.. the thing is, I don't get any code like most of you guys do, I only get a message with saying "Error with printhead.." and things like that.. not code or something close to that..
Now, I wanted to print a report from setup to see if it's gonna do, what it does it just when I click does nothing. Like nothing happens it just ignores it.

I can't seems to find a replacement for printhead online to order one, so can someone help me with this or help me link or find a printhead replacement.
