Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Ciao, da poco ho acquistato stampante lase multifunzione Samsung XpressM2070 e da subito l'ho utilizzata con il mio MacBook Air (2017) senza nessun problema. Da quando il sistema operativo è stato aggiornato a MacOS Mojave la scansione non funziona più. Vedo l'anteprima di scansione ma subito dopo compare messaggio di errore: "Lo scanner ha riportato un errore; si è verificato un errore durante la scansione". Le uniche cose presenti sul sito HP relative a questa problematica sono in inglese che, purtoppo, io non conosco assolutamente. Qualcuno potrebbe suggerirmi cosa fare?
