Question 1 My printer HP officejet Pro 6978 has 6970 referenced as well. Instant ink? HP S/A

MS W 11 21H2, Once again conflicting information... From my eprint web services will not show on the printer window panel. The  HP services on my desktop do not work and goes to the simultaneously asks for the survey without ever accessing thew software which shows on my list of apps but is not listed in the control panel list. The actual printer software with the icon of the printer does not show. in the settings icon under devices and printers I have 3 versions of my printer listed. 1) DO NOT DELETE needed for HP69F484 (HP Officejet Pro 6970)     2) HP Officejet Pro 6970 PCL-3 (Network) default app available for this device.  3) HP69F484 (HP Officejet Pro 6970) offline.

This is the major problem who is controlin g and adding the software and updates should be coming from HP since this printer is under HP warranty.  When I go online through my browser to the HP website my dashboard my printers nickname is DJ's 6970 printer which i neever gave it that name because it is not a 6970 it is a 6978. I go to use the print and scan doctor using the online HP website download and my PC cannot find my printer which is connected to the same network as my desktop pc. I have reported this to my internet provider AT&T. That when i get a new device like a cell  phone just recently I immediately download a diagnostics network app like i did with my Tablet about 8 months a go and it shows 2 routers with my gateways name. 1 is my mac address the other is a completely different mac address not even any of my devices. It also shows that other mac address as the one my devices are going  through. It also shows the gateways physical distance of 16.7 ft away. My router is in my bedroom within 5 -10 feet of all my devices. When I use the HP services online it takes at least an hour to correct itself because the other people controlling mt gateway, my desktop pc, have moved my OS and the HP apps have been moved to the location on my pc I have no idea where they are. These people have exceptional, expertise experience in windows OS and are manipulating my network to harass me and make it difficult to use my desktop and even spoof pages on the internet sites i go to. The printer can no longer pull up the eprint email address i gave it. and therefore HP is showing my printer is not available for instant ink but that is not true. when i first installed the printer it asked me to set to it up which i did 3 months later but it never was processed.  The biggest reason i know others are controling my gateway, pc, and printer is they will take down their access to my gateway and devices when i call AT&T. so it looks like their is no problem. I can only catch the serious problems when i have a new device they do not expect and it shows all of their details. I have gotten use to it. This is politicial because i am disabled collecting SSDI and am on section 8 so they think they can make me move out. I cannot and do not have the $ to move out and I do not want to move out. I advised AT&T to send a technician out to my building with telling anyone. The gate code they have and if they run a wifi scan they will see the duplicate gateways. I also get a pop up box when i shut down my PC that someone else is logged into my PC and they will lose their work if i continue. i have taken pictures wih a date and time stamp and printed it  up for proof.  I hope you can help Respectfully, DJ Mendelsohn
