Hello, this is just a thought I've come across today and I looked everywhere for help, I even tried the automated assistant but no help there. I was wondering if there was any way I could make my scanned documents to automatically be named in a 24-hour format rather than the 12-hour one. I live in Central Europe so for example now it's 4:47 pm but everyone here uses 16:47. Everytime I scan a document on my phone and I go to either save it to my device or share it, it uses the 12-hour format. It's not a big deal, it can be changed manually but I don't want to do that everytime I scan something. I scan through my phone a lot so this would help me big time. I use the 24-hour format on my phone and it is set up as default in my system so I think the problem should be solved through the app somehow.

Thank you so much for any kind of anwers, I know it's probably not possible to change but hey, never hurts to ask!

Best regards, Jane

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

It wouldn't be possible on the App. You can try changing the format on the Printer ans see if that helps.
