I have the same problem.  I had to remove the duplex cover because while printing labels there was a jam.  Some label got stuck so to the duplex cover.  Now I can't get it back in.  I can't figure out how to anyway.

My envy 4500 will not copy I hear the inside move but all the screen continues to display is copying 1.1
