hello community I troubling with a scan issue

when I tried to scan in hp smart it shows a message

scanner problemscanner problem

 

I tried to solve by rebooting, nothing changed

i tried with the scan doctor

it neither give me the chance to choose the scan fixing

 

any idea how to solve it
