Product: Samsung ProXpress SL-M4080FX Laser Multifunction Printer

I have tracked down and consulted the manuals for this device, which are not available on the HP support website, scoured through every section possible of both of the web interface and display panel user interface and I cannot find how to change the fax baud rate speeds, as this is necessary to do over VoIP service or else faxing fails. The device has the latest version of firmware listed on the HP website from 2017.

 

I just got off the phone with HP Support and they state that since it is out of warranty, they do not provide any support for the unit outside of what is listed on the support page, which is completely and utterly useless and void of any real help. Corporate buyouts are so awesome.

 

Anybody out there with advanced knowledge of backend configuration menus of Samsung printers?

It's in the hidden menu. Download the service manual online and you will find it on page 144. Sharing service manuals is not allowed, but you can easily find them if you google search.

Ahh see, there's the problem, I was looking at the User Guide, not the Service Manual. Most appreciated!
