i had tried scanning something a few weeks ago and although the page never pulled into the scanner, I've since received the error message "document feeder jam".  I have followed the little video to open the lid and remove the paper, but there is nothing there.  I've tried unplugging the unit from the back of the printer/scanner and even the electric cord to the socket.  I am not able to do anything other than print from my desktop computer to the printer.  i cannot click on "copy" quick enough to try to do this without the constant error message keeps appearing.  I even took a piece of cardstock paper and fed it through the scanner path just in case there were any little bits of paper, but nothing. Any suggestions on how to clear this error message?
