Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Por favor, instale la impresora siguiendo y respetando todos los procedimientos del equipo.

Pero lo único que no termino de en la instalación, es la opción del scaner. Aparece un mensaje de error para su ejecuciónTest Scan HP_20200917.pngTest Scan HP_20200917_2.png, estoy adjuntando dos capturas que realice sobre los errores.

Agradeceré mucho sus comentarios, ayudas y asistencia solo en español por favor.
