Product: OfficeJetPro 6978

Suddenly, scan is no longer working (although the connexion between PC and printer works). Using "hp spin doctor", it stops on "HP Twain" (?). I've done everything which is required (switching off and on, etc.). What can I do ?

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Test the scanner once using the copy function directly on the printer control panel. Does the copy function work?
